After 1 month of ownership My clip zip is crashing at refreshing your media step(10% mark). This doesn’t allow the zip to mount on eithier windows or linux. I have a 4gig sd card in the unit, if I pull it out and do a reset it freezes on the flower until I do another reset(and still doesn’t mount). I left it on the flower for 2hr at on point with no luck. If I put the sd card back in it reverts to crashing on refreshing your media. I also emptied the sd card and re-tried with no luck.
I have tried holding the middle button when pluging in …with the same results.
Is there anything I should try or should I call for the waranty.
