I bought 3 for my family for Christmas. I too have spent hours trying to get them to work. I will be returning my to Best Buy tomorrow!!! The only way to send a message to SanDisk is to hit them in the pocket. I will be spending a little more and buying iPod products. I guess you get what you pay for.
