I bought 3 for my family for Christmas. I too have spent hours trying to get them to work. I will be returning my to Best Buy tomorrow!!! The only way to send a message to SanDisk is to hit them in the pocket. I will be spending a little more and buying iPod products. I guess you get what you pay for.
Unfortunately, you haven’t posted what your issue is, so that others may try to help you. (And instead, your post, without a descriptive or accurate title, simply clutters this board and wastes others’ time in clicking on it. I guess you’re frustrated.) My Clip worked as soon as I plugged it in.
