16 gig Sandisk Cruzer is only 4 gig after removing U3

I’ve removed the 3 gig utility and after loading Bart PE on it, I’ve noticed that the drive only shows a 4 gig. capacity. How can I get back to having 16 gig? I don’t care about the data on the drive. I just want the full 16 gig back. Any ideas??

it sounds like you used an old version of the u3 uninstaller. install u3 again then uninstall it using the updated installer and removal tool linked below.
