My Sandisk drive was operating fine as a 16GB flash drive for the last couple months, but a few days ago I tried to copy a bunch of files on to it only to be told there was no more space on it, and when I checked, it was reading as only being 3.15GB in size. I have tried reformatting the drive, but that didn’t work. Does anybody have any idea why I lost so much of my drive space, and is there anything else I can do reclaim the disk space?
do a google search for “hp disk storage format tool” download that and use it to format the drive. it should set it to the correct size.
