Ok, so I was watching a video on my FUZE and I turned it off in the middle of the clip. When i went to turn it back on, it had a picture of the scene where i left off in what looked like a MUSIC- playing screen(Album picture, timeline, title EQ Bars Etc.). When I hit play, nothing happened. I went back to the menu, to play the video again, the FUZE shut off and turned back on. So then i couldn’t watch videos or listen to music. 
Does anyone know what went wrong?! Hey, if you have trouble visualising it , check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbAxY5VFt_8 this guy has what looks to be the same problem, not exactly the same tho.

It is a bug. Stop the video. Then turn off. Formatting & reloading the FW won’t help.
