Wheel Is Stuck/Hard to move

I don’t what happened but when turned on my Fuze to listen to music on my train ride to work, I found out that the Wheel is stuck!!  I can move it but I literally have to use 2 fingers to coerce both sides of the wheel to turn.

I just bought my Fuze a month ago from Amazon Reseller, can I send it to SanDisk and get a new one?  Which is the better path, go back to the reseller or Sandisk?

Appreciate any help!

Maybe you can try this…

If cleaning the wheel doesn’t work.    Amazon’s return/exchange is slick.  If they have one in stock it will be sent out right away,  you print out the return postage/address label and stick it on your return, and drop it off at the post office.  worked well both times I’ve dealt with Amazon.

Well first of all, make sure it isn’t a small thing. I remember when the water at my house didn’t work. We went bananas trying to fix it. Apaprently, our gardener closed off the water valve =]. there might be some dust or mabe a piece of paper stuck? If not, there is a thread to fix your wheel if its sticky/stuck/etc. gl finding it bro.

I agree, I love Amazon’s return policy.  I think it’s only good for about 2 weeks though.  The OP said he made the purchase a month ago.  Worth a try though.
