Umm the tittle prettty much says it all. The wheel of my sansa fuze has stopped moving a couple of weeks ago, and I don’t know what might have caused it. It is hard to turn down/up the volume, go to radio, etc. So far I have just been picking up the wheel with my fingers and turning it, and I am getting tired of it. I don’t want to send it back, because I like my fuze. So all im asking is there any other way I can fix? Please reply soon if you have answer. Thank you for listening.

Try sticking something thick (though not too thick) into the scroll wheel and moving it around the wheel. This may loosen up any dust trapped inside.
If this doesn’t work, you may, as I am in the process of doing, have to exchange it under warranty. My wheel sticks no matter what I do.
