What's the secret to using the Clip with a Mac?

What’s the secret to using the Clip with a Mac? I know people are doing by the posts in the forum but I’m missing the “how to” part. The Clip has only mounted once on my MacBook and I can’t get it to do it again. Cna someone help me out?

check the mode on the clip. go to settings>mode

I don’t see “mode” under settings.

If your fw is not 1.01.18 (the latest), you do not have the usb mode option…try upgrade it to the latest fw (1.01.18).  As for now, put device in LOCK mode and press-n-hold while plugging in your MAC to have it as MSC and see if it connected…if it does…upgrade your device to the latest fw.
