First of all, SMC does not come with the disk that comes with the Fuze… Whats the deal with that?
Second, SMC does not successfully tranfser files to my Fuze, and
Finally, SMC does not show up in my add/remove programs list on the control panel even though it has been installed
My first Fuze transferred videos fine with SMC, but I returned it because of the dreaded “clock sync” error.
This new Fuze I got (8 gig silver) works fine with Napster, but does not transfer videos.
I even tried using Movavi to convert the files to AVI first before using SMC
I even tried using custom settings to be sure the file meets the requirements of compatability and it still does not play on the device.
