In the error dialog box, right-click on the highlighted device and choose “uninstall”. Then reboot your PC and try again.

There is no name for the CD. Its just the install package for Rhapsody, and a user manual. Thats it, and all the stuff can be downloaded from the net.

When its plugged in you can add music right? When you say detact do you mean Deactivated or Detached?
