WD Drive Unlock doesn't populate field to type in password on My passport for mac

Hi there,

I am wondering if someone could help me. I have scanned other areas of the forum and haven’t been able to find my specific problem where i am unable to even get to the stage of typing in my password on my passport.

When i plug in my passport for Mac , the WD Unlocker pops up on my desktop. When i click into that i have the WD Drive Unlock icon. I have set a password and know it. When i go and click on the WD Drive Unlock icon, nothing pops up for me to even input my password. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
I currently am running MacOs Sur version 11.6.5… My passport is WDBJBS0010BSL.

I have the exact issue on my MacBook air running the latest OS. I just created a ticket on their support as Keerti stated.
