The radio works however, i cannot hear music that i have downloaded to mp3. I have formatted the the device, I have also reset to factory settings what can i do next to make it work
Do these .mp3 files play through your computer? Maybe they are corrupted.
Does the progress bar advance while attempting to play them on your player? Make sure the green arrow (>) is showing, rather than the PAUSE ( || ) indicator.
