I bought 2 Sansa Fuze’s, 4GB and I can’t load video on either one. I use the SMC and I keep getting the same error message with every video I try to convert; File needs correct codec or is in the wrong file format or is corrupt. The file formats are .wmv I have Vista, Windows Media Player v11, and Quick Time. I got the vid’s from the digital copy included with some dvd’s. I have downloaded the lastest firmware and the latest copy of SMC. Music has loaded with no problem. Any help?

Well there are a few things to find out. What format of digital copy did you get (itunes, or psp)? Also if you are missing a codec, Search the SMC board for The codec. Try a video file off of your computer not the movies, and see if SMC works. (If you go to your documents and the video folder there are some samples if you need them).
DVD videos will not work without a conversion first, if they are in the digital copy, they may need to be converted to .avi anyway.
