A few months ago when turning on my Fuze, I would only get a white screen. After many posts and trying all the helpful suggestions some of you offered, I ended up having to return my unit, and getting a replacement. Sometimes a unit just goes bad. I have nothing but praise for the people at SanDisk for their attitude during the whole process.
