Unable to do anything on my Micro SDHC card 8GB

I’ve a micro hc sd 8 gb card. it got wrong without doing anything

  1. It can no longer be detected by my HTC HD2. (It shows up in file explorer just after I insert it, but after few second it disappears from file explorer).

  2. my laptop can still view the file inside the card, but cannot delete or add (can only copy) any files. (adapter is not set to “lock”)

  3. unable to format the card. (adapter is not set to “lock”)

  4. only my laptop is able to view the files in it. for other pc, their pc will just stuck and not responding after inserting the card.

anyone help me to solve the problem please? This is my second micro HC sd card facing this problem.

 Did you try formatting the card on your laptop using the format utility?
