I upgraded the Software from SecureAccess to PrivateAccess as per the manufacturers mandate. After this I am unable to even find the SecureAccess Vault. I can see it in the drive but the software won’t access it. I have important data which is lost there. I may or may not have upgraded the vault when I upgraded the software.
