Hi I have this problem with SDSSDE30-1T00-G25 and the SanDiskSecureAccess Vault software, when I start the software it tells me that there is no encrypted file although there are 281 GB of protected data, how can I access my files?
I also tried to update with the new PrivateAccess version but the result is the same.
