My player will not connect to my computer or head phones ill plug them in but no sound comes through. what should i do or what can i do?
I forgot to mention that it still connects to the charger!?
All I can think of is operator error or it’s totally busted. Make sure it’s not paused and volume’s up.
Good luck, hope it’s something simple.
lol im not a retard. i figured it was busted, but i just thought i would ask seems how I had the means to do so. thanks anyways!

Are you saying you can’t listen to the Clip while it’s connected to the computer? Or that
(1) Clip won’t connect to your computer?
AND
(2) while Clip is disconnected from your computer you can’t get sound through headphones?
You cannot listen to the Clip through connected headphones while the Clip is connected to the computer. You must unplug from computer before listening.
If (1) is occuring then search forum for lots of posts regarding solutions on how to solve this.
If (2) is occuring then try the radio (make sure it’s not muted by pressing the play/pause button which doubles as the mute button in the radio), and see if any sound/static comes through the headphones. I suggest this in case there are problems with the MP3/WMA files that are on the Clip.
Good luck.
both (1) and (2) i tried the radio and still no sound, or static, and it is not muted. ill try looking for other forums thanks. i just may have to buy another one.
