thanks to all who might read this and have suggestions…i work at a hospital w/ free wi-fi that can be used…unfortunaly u have to accept terms of conditions on the opening webpage to access the free service…the sansa connect doesn’t have webpage capiblity to accept these terms so it goes to username and password…have tried many ideas on this but can’t get it to work…if anyone out there have any ideas, and can get by my bad misspelling of words, i would be grateful…thanks 
The Sansa Connect cannot connect to a network that requires you to enter a username and password. Not with the current firmware anyways. Hopefully this will be addressed in the next firmware update.
