I have a Sansa Fuze 4GB that has been upgraded to the latest Firmware. I’m trying to transfer some voice recordings I made onto my computer… and its not happening. It just kind of disappears when I try to transfer and nothing happens. I tried doing it manually through my computer, i tried doing it through rhapsody, and i tried doing it through windows media player… and nothing works. Does anyone out there have any idea to help me?
Try using Windows Explorer. Right click on start, click on explore. You should be able to copy and paste the files to your hard drive.

Might want to share a little bit about those files . . . format, size, how recorded, etc.
Just through the mic on my Fuze. The longest one is about 30 seconds long I think. I guess the format is .WAV, as that’s the preset recording format.
Ahh, I mis-understood. I thought they were recrdings you made on your computer and you were trying to transfer them to your Fuse.
For Voice recordings, your player should be in MTP mode in order to see and access them from your computer. Yes, they will be in the .wav format. You should be able to copy & paste or drag & drop them from your Fuze to your computer.
