Help! Listening to an audio book and it stopped. Now I’m getting a message that tells me to synchronize to continue your music subscription. I don’t have a m usic subscription–the audio book is a permitted download from the library efiles. Any idea what to do now??
The synchronize message means that the file had an expiration date.
Put your unit in MTP mode, connect to Windows Media Player (or whatever media console your library uses–Overdrive, Netlibrary, Efiles, whatever), and send the book over again.
I have the same problem but the overdrive doesn’t find the fuse unless it’s in MSC mode,I have downloaded the book a few times reformatted the player and started over again sync’d it to the windows 11 player. but still tells me I have to sync it to renew my media whatever.
