I’ve been using my Fuze with a PC for a few months, but I just got a macbook, and I want to use my Fuze with it. I changed to MSC mode and the computer recognizes my Fuze, but all the file folders show up as empty. I read on the Fuze FAQs on this forum that you can’t see files uploaded in one USB mode when you’re in another. Is there anything I can do to make my files visible, or do I need to put my music on a jump drive or something and reload it on the mac?
If the files are still on your PC and they aren’t DRM-protected, delete them from the Fuze and then reload them in MSC mode.
