My fuze V2 is stuck on the slot radio screen and no matter what I do, I can’t get to the music menu and I don’t even have slot radio. I just got this player yesterday and haven’t even listened to any music yet. I’ve tried updating the firmware, still no luck.
New players ship with a protective sticker on the screen. Have you peeled that off?

Reload the firmware manually.

He already said he did.
DIdn’t really say that the firmware was updated. Just “no luck.” That could mean an updater problem.
Download the “All Regions” link from the thread with the firmware update, unzip it, and put fuzeA.bin onto the driveletter your computer assigns to Sansa Fuze.
