Stuck in Connected

Greetings all,

The unit I have is stuck in “connected” mode.  It doesn’t matter if it is plugged into the computer or not.  It won’t turn off either.  Device manager says it has been turned off because it is generating a error 43.  This unit  has only been in use since Decemb, it still pretty new and has a little over 600 megs of free space left.  Any ideas?

Have you tried holding down the power button for an extended period, at least 20 seconds without letting go?

Tried holding down the power button for an extended period …may be more than 40 seconds but did not work for me

Do a hard reset on your device.  Vol + and center button at the same time.
