So i just bought the Sansa Express about 2 weeks ago and have been having problems with it from the start. I couldn’t add music too the player and the program that came with it wouldn’t let me up load any music into to add to the player. I’ve since fixed that problem but now I attempted to charge the device last night and now this morning it’s showing that it has a full battery but it’s still says it’s connected to my computer when it’s not. I’m a little frustrated with this machine i’m sure it’s a wonderful thing and it’s great when it’s working but the not being able to use it is getting a little annoying. If someone could help me out that would be fantastic thanks in advance.
I’ve fixed the problem read someone else’s thread and found the fix
