NOW WHAT HAPPENED IS THAT MY MP3, IT CRASHED, IT WONT TURN ON OR OFF, I HELD THE POWER BUTTON FOR 10 - 15 SECONDS TO TURN ON, AND IT JUST SAYS “SANSA” AND HAS 5 LITTLE CIRCLES WITH THE INTERNET RADIO SIGN, THE MUSIC LIBRARY AND ALL THAT STUFF, WHAT DO I DO?
try removing the battery and connecting it to the computer, then what does it say?

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. The unit will do a deep boot.
If it still hangs then try the Recovery Tool.
