when i turn on my sansa it goes through the opening screens then it just keeps restarting and doing the same thing over and over again. does anyone know how to fix this?
you should probably be more specific. the mdoel of your mp3 player, the operating system your on, how long have you had it, did it work fine before? things like that.
Sorry to hijack your thread, but I’m having the same problems. I got my e250r last christmas, and I’ve never had any problems with it. I’m running Windows XP, and I just plugged it in and it got to the Sansa Rhapsody part on the player, then the image got grainy and the player restarted. Somehow after an hour of messing with it, I got it to say: Load main image failed. Switch to recovery mode. I ran it in recovery mode, formatted it, put the new firmware on it, and I even added the Sansa.fmt file. Still nothing. Any help? Or should I give up and call Sandisk?
