I have a e200r 8gb that won’t boot up all of a sudden. It starts to and shows the Sandisk screen then the sansa Rhabsody screen then starts over. I’ve taken the battery out and put it back in hoping to reset it but that didn’t help. I sure hope someone can give me some ideas!
Have you tried to re-apply the firmware?
Thanks for replying. My computer isn’t recognizing the device once it’s plugged in. The firmware instructions say to verify that the device says it’s “connected”. I’m not able to get past the Sandisk screen to see anything else on the display.
