E260 Not Starting

My E260 stays at the sandisk startup screen until the battery dies. Anybody have any suggestions? I have tried the firmware update in recory mode with no success.

Nevermind i solved the problem by re-reading other discussions and uploaded the blank sansa.fmt and firmware at the same time in recovery mode. Now i think all that is left is to possibly replace the battery. Anybody know of any stores that sell this battery?

i saw one at bestbuy once.
