blank screen on Sansa E260

- I tried updating my sansa e260 (v1) firmware through the Sansa Updater software.
- The software stayed indefinitely on the “Please wait” message and nothing happened.
- So I tried updating manually, following the method on the sandisk page. It gave me a blank screen (with the blue ring turned on)
- Since that time, nothing works: I only get the white screnn and the blue ring…
- When connected, the computer (vista integral) doesn’t recognize it.
- Resetting doesn’t change anything
- Recovery mode doesn’t change anything either: I only get the blank screen…
- What sould I do???

Sounds like you screwed up the firmware and are stuck in manufacturing mode.
