SSD Ultra 240 firmware upgrade

I installed the SSD Toolkit and it reports my Firmware as 362A. I had it check and it says there are no firmware upgrades. I downloaded the firmware Iso and had the toolkit create a bootable USB flash drive with the firmware upgrade. After booting to the flash drive it would not let me upgrade the firmware to 365A saying there was no firmware upgrade available.

Is there a way to upgrade the firmware on my drive.

The latest firmware that was released for the Ultra SSD is the version 365A13F0 and you can manually update it from this kb:

if you have already this version then you can reinstall the same version on the ssd and you will get the message that you run the latest.
