Sport Clip Sport locked up during FW Upgrading..

  Screen says “FW Upgrading… Don’t disconnect”.  But it has said that for 12 hours. Tried rebooting computer and now comupter does not recognize Sport Clip.  How do I resolve or revert to previous FW.  (Oh yeah, using Windows 10  PLEASE  HELP

I just got this too, on a new Clip I’ve only had for a few days. Never saw it on my old one over several years. I very much doubted it was true as the computer it was connected to was running Ubuntu, so I held the centre button down to power it off. Now it seems fine.
