while most of my mp3’s work fine some don’t load but cause a shutdown and restart. This happen often with songs extracted from youtube. is there some kind of mechanism built in the mp3’s that causes this?

I would say it’s more likely whatever software you’re using to extract the audio froom the Youtube videos is causing the issue. Maybe try different software?
