when i turn my mp3 on, it just stays on the start up sreen. i tried resetting it, but it still is frozen! can any one help me out!!!
Try pulling the battery out for a few minutes and then put it back in. 4 small screws on the back plate is all there is to it.
Never mind everybody! i got it to work!! 
I let it run out of battery, and then pluged it in to the computer, and then it WORKED!!
Well, that’s the long way of doing what I suggested, but as long as it worked . . . good!
Nice. Is there a reason why for this case, a hard reset fixed it? Could be a glitch?
