Okay, so i’ve been using my mp3 all day, i have the silver 8GB fuze, and i turned it off, and then later i went back to use it,and it won’t turn back on, any suggestions? cuz i’m freaking out right now. thanks
Press and hold the power key up for 15 seconds and release. This does a hardware reset.
Press the key up momentarily to power on.
Try charging the player up.
Oh my goodness, thank you so much!!! I thought something really bad was wrong with my player (I have a Sandisk e250) and the reset you said worked! I had turned it on to made note of where I was in my audiobook before I charged it and I went to get the cord and the screen shut off and I didn’t think nothing of it because I know it does that (and I like it because it saves power!). Then when I got the cord, the actual player was off and I could not get it to turn back on. So thankful I found this post and that that reset worked!!
