So I’ve been using the sandisk Fuze for a few months now and in the past have never had a problem uploading video using the converter, but quite suddenly the converter is now telling me that al AVI and WMV files (including those I have previously uploaded via SMC with out a problem) are no longer supported formats.
Can anyone offer some assistance or insight as to what the problem could be?
Have you tried the same ones that you used before and worked? Did they work again?
Have you tried another video to see if it works?
Do you have enough memory on your player or card?
Are you going to the correct device (for example making sure you’re on the card)–simple I know, but sometimes overlooked, even by me…?
