Since I downloaded the new Firmwear I have been unable to renew my subscription tracks.

I have tried to synch on two computers. I have deauthorized my device and then authorized it again. I use Rhapsody.

I checked the Fuze settings,the firmewear appears to have downoaded fine: V01.01.22A.  The USB is on Auto. I read some other threads regarding sync issues- some say switch to MTP some say switch to MSC-I’m confused.

Any ideas?

ps My computer runs Windows, Vista, Service Pack 2.

With Rhapsody you must be on MTP.

Ok, I switched to MTP, and then hooked up to my PC, I manually updated licences (it used to always happen automatically). I then disconnected, but I am still getting the “Connect to you PC within one days to renew your suscription tracks.”

Delete the subscriptioninfo.xml file on the player at Service/Rhapsody/subscriptioninfo.xml.

Reconnect to rhapsody and license the device. The Software should place a new Subscriptioninfo.xml file on the device with the correct duration.

Sorry but where do I locate this ‘Service’ folder?  I’m in Vista.
