Hi,
I got a Sansa Fuze for Christmas and love it. I went to Rhapsody to create an account to download songs, all of which went well. A few days ago I went to use my Fuze but it had a message that said “Synchronize to continue your music subscription” I went back to Rhapsody and refreshed my account and downloaded their latest version but I’m still locked out. Is anyone else having this issue and if so what am I doing wrong?
Thank you.
Is my best option to delete everything I have stored and find another provider or is there another trick to getting this to work?
Did you download tracks from Rhapsody?
The idea behind Rhapsody To Go is to give the subscriber unlimited access to the entire library, being able to download any desired music, without having to purchase the individual tracks. As long as you continue to subscribe to the service, and regularly synchronize, the tracks will be accessible for 30 days since your last connection.
The best way to think of a subscription model is to look at cable TV. As long as you subscribe, you’ll have access.
Actually, this is the idea behind the morning newspaper too, come to think of it. If you don’t renew your subscription (pay the bill), that kid isn’t going to keep flinging the paper onto your porch.
The alternative is to purchase the tracks at about a dollar a track, from any one of many vendors, or rip the tracks from your personal CDs using Windows Media Player, for example.

Thank you for the response Bob. I did renew my subscription but the issue did not resolve…
