When I select the first song on some albums, the player cycles quickly through every song on the album. Doesn’t even play anything.
Tried to update the firmware, says I am up tp date.
Thank you for any help you can offer.
- Are the files in a format the player can read? What format are they?
- Did you use a Mac to transfer the files to the player? This will add empty Finder files that confuses the player and it will zip right over these.
