SecureAccess for Cruzer Blade


I’ve just received my new SanDisk Cruzer Blade USB pen drive and, after connecting it to the computer, I cannot open the SecureAccessV2_win.exe file - as a pop-up window says ‘This version of SanDisk SecureAccess V2.0 requires a SanDisk USB Flash Drive. Please insert one and try again’. (?!)

Can you please advise?



I recommend returning it to the seller.  You could try downloading a copy of SecureAccess and installing it but if that doesn’t work you would still need to return it to resolve the problem.

I think most likely, there was a mix up here with your reseller. And I think that they should be able to fix this for you.
