i am unable to format a sd card that i put in a wifi cctv camera. whatever i try the sd card becomes full. i have done quick format, full format, cmd clean, cmd new partition,cmd clear readonly, and even third party softwares. they format it and once the format is complete all files come back and it becomes full.

There can be many reasons for your SD card not formatting errors. The memory card might be corrupted. Its file system may have turned raw, or your computer doesn’t recognize the SD card. Check out this article to fix the Sandisk card won’t format issue.
