i am unable to format a sd card that i put in a wifi cctv camera. whatever i try the sd card becomes full. i have done quick format, full format, cmd clean, cmd new partition,cmd clear readonly, and even third party softwares. they format it and once the format is complete all files come back and it becomes full.

Some SD cards have a small switch on the side. Make sure it’s in the unlocked position.
