SD card and information about albums

Hello,

I have a FUZE 4Go and I putted a SD card in it.

I synchronized mp3 albums on the SD card from WMP (Vista 32). It works fine !

But when I read the name of the artist or the album on the FUZE, the name is “Unknown”. The same albums in the FUZE (and not the SD card), the names are correct and known.

Where is the problem ?

Most likely your ID3 tags.

Probably the wrong format. There must be a difference in what the Fuze can interpret from it’s internal memory versus more stringent requirements it has for the external memory card.  ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1 format is best.
