Scroll wheel spins but doesn’t respond. I’m moving the scroll wheel and nothing working the music plays but I cant turn it up. I cant even switch to settings because the wheel wont spin.
I doubt this would help, but try manually reinstalling the firmware. If that doesn’t work, call Sandisk (1-800-SANDISK) and tell them your problem. I’ve said it before and I will say it again, they have great customer service. If it’s still under warranty, they will get you another one. If it’s not, I don’t know, but good luck!
