I just purchased a Sansa Clip Zip and after charging for 24hrs, the screen is extremely fuzzy with horizontal lines across the entire screen. This is causing info on screen to be difficult to see/read. Is this norm for this MP3 or possibly a correctable problem
While the Clip Zip’s screen is mediocre at best, it shouldn’t be as you describe it. Return it for another one; this one is defective.
