Screen is FROZEN on the "writing" screen. Wont charge, play or anything.

Hello

I has this for about a month and it worked fine.

I’ve not used a Micro SD card with it yet.

Today i was trying to transfer MP3’s on it as usual from my computer (not online) and it FROZE. I left it for a while thinking it’ll sort itself out but it has been hours and its still frozen on the same screen.

When I unplug it and replug the computer no longer recognizes the hardware and the screen is still frozen. When I unplug it from the PC the screen switches off. When I switch it on nothing happens.

What do I do?

From the frozen screen I can see the battery is half full.

Is there anything I can do?

Please help.

Reset it. Hold the power switch in the uppermost postition for 15 - 30 secs. Release. It should now start up normally.
