Everytime I place this drive into any USB port. The OP want to format this drive. And when I do, I get an error that the OP can’t recognize the current format of the drive. The drive worked fine before the ScanDisk SecureAccess update and after the update the drive is now dead to my computer. I have important files on the drive I need back. Can anyone help? (without copying and pasting from the support page, I’ve already read all the related info from that page)
Possibly try this out on another computer first. If it’s still a no go, I suggest you reformat this but FYI, this would erase all your files.
