I recently re-subscribed to Rhapsody after misplacing my brand new Sansa for almost 4 years. All of my songs were still on Rhapsody and are showing up on my MP3 player HOWEVER, when I try to play MY songs, the screen reads: “Synchronize to continue your music subscription”. The thing works on the sample song and I can’t figure out where else to Sync! I’ve done it twice thru Rhapsody but not thru windows media center as I do not use that. This is a re-gift to my son for Christmas. Can anyone help me??? -Stressed Santa Mom
