Newbie-Got a Question

This may have been asked before, but I did a search to see if I could find the answer first and did not find anything, so I apologize now if it’s been repeated.

I recently received my Sansa Clip and love it! I downloaded Rhapsody to take advantage of the free downloads and did download a few songs. I did receive the “sync” error once and linked to my computer and everything was fine. I received the message a second time, but can’t get it to sync now. Is this because my free trial has ended with Rhapsody? I thought a free download meant a free download, not that I would have to go back later and buy it!

Like I said, I’m a newbie and not very technologically savvy, so I apologize if I am showing my ignorance here. I want to get the same Clip for my DH for Christmas, but wondering if this is technology error or user error before I buy another one.



Rhapsody subscription tracks expire in one month.  If you want the content to play,  you need to have a subscription.

You had a “Free Trial”  to the Rhapsody service,  not Free music downloads.
