Ive updated my sana and everything but I cant get it to turn on. It powers on when plugged to my usb and Ive charged it forever but when I unplug it and go to turn it on nothing happens. Ive also tried to rest it, nothing…

Are you sure it’s charging when you plug it in? Does the little battery icon blink?
Yeah, it says connected has the sansa player on one side, my pc on the other with little arrows signaling back and forth. In the top right hand corner it shows the battery icon blinking.
A good thing to try would be to update the firmware and to reformat the player.
I did that yesterday.
Call Sandisk, or take it back and exchange it.
