player screen just went blank, and a loud static noise through buds. wont shut off.
Try pressing and holding the power button (20-30 secs.) This should shut it down and reset it in the process. Hopefully, it will then start back up normally.
If not, then it’s probably a goner.
Loud noise might be a hardware failure already. Have you checked if RMA is possible here?
